First time here for about 40 years, it was just a pub then. Now though, very impressive we arranged a family dinner as grandson is about to return to Uni. Staff are absolutely lovely, can't fault the menu or its quality, Slightly marked down due to choice of ale, ( not a lager man at all), We'll be back.

Great little pub, quirky with its rustic look, food very good service freindly and unhurried. Has its own car park. Good selection of drinks. Does bed and breakfast at a reasonable cost.

A fantastic little country pub offering a very good value Sunday lunch the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food quality was excellent I wouldn't hesitate visiting again 👍

Lovely little pub stayed the night rooms spacious and clean fridge full of milk and water .Breakfast freshly cooked and lots of it .Staff very polite and friendly we will be returning

Lovely pub. Could do with some better outdoor furniture. Nicely furnished inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Food reasonable but wine overpriced for what it was. Staying over night the room was generous in size with a large TV. Plenty of tea and coffee and chilled water in bottles. The bathroom was well fitted out but take all your own toiletries as none were provided. Breakfast is generous and well cooked but would have been improved by a locally sourced farm sausage.
We enjoyed our stay.

Never had a bad meal and been many times, if your after traditional Sunday dinner can't go wrong but advice to prebook has very popular 😀 😋

Stayed for 2 nights here, clean spacious rooms and the breakfast was very good. David couldn't do more to help, will definitely stay again if in the area.
