Lovely village pub! Stopped off after a dog walk over Easter. Ordered all the nibbles on the menu and a few of the sandwiches too so we could pick and choose. All the food was served piping hot, was really tasty and there was plenty of it. Decent prices too. Will be back!
Went in with my family last Saturday for a bite to eat and a pint. Michelle and team warmly greeted us and furnished us with menus. My wife mentioned that our son was sleepy and she offered a sofa area where he could lay down. We accepted and he passed out nearly immediately. The food was excellent
Excellent pub in Hartwell. Regularly stop off for a drink or dinner after a dog walk. The staff are friendly, the beer is excellent and the food it lovely. Highly recommended.
We came here for an early Sunday dinner, and we were not disappointed! The food was lovely, beautifully cooked and the portions were very generous. I highly recommend the nibbles and the roast dinners. Service was great and the team was attentive.
Had am amazing meal yet again at our village pub. Food = perfect, Service =excellent, atmosphere = lovely Still very impressed, keep it up peeps! x 🥰
Lovely staff and excellent food. Called in for a respite from motorway services - on a long drive from Wales to London and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Would gladly go again!
Lovely village location, village pub atmosphere ,with a wonderful warm reception whenever you enter. Food is always fantastic with a menu that caters for everyone.
Spent the weekend in Northampton and on our way home on the Sunday wanted to stop off for a Sunday roast. We stumbled across this place on Google and decided to stop. The food was amazing which catered for allergies and particularly gluten free. The service was outstanding too. Thoroughly recommend
Lovely lunch enjoyed by myself and 2 friends.Friends used to live here and hadn't visited pub for many years. Both very impressed and will be back.
Our first visit since the pub reopened. Sunday Roast Beef was just Heavenly. I'm low carb so always need to ask for adjustments and instead of roasties and Yorkshire I had extra veg, buttered cabbage, broccoli, carrot and turnip, which were delicious. I'd not had a turnip for years! I added pigs in
