A lovely family meal out.
Food was fresh, & portions were very generous.
Staff were welcoming & was a relief to find they were dog friendly. Pooch ate the chips we couldn’t finish.

My brother and I came here last Sunday. We both enjoyed a large cod and chips. We think its the best fish and chip shop in Hastings. Would definitely visit again . Thank you so much for our lovely meal

Fresh fish and chips right by the beach! Chips and fish batter were light and crispy, but don’t forget to salt your fish and chips. The food was well priced, and staff were friendly. However they would be better if they came with a lemon wedge.

This is the best fish&chip place in Hastings. As soon as we entered, the staff greeted us with a smile and were very polite and helpful. They were happy to tell us the prices and offers upfront. The atmosphere was very good. The quality of food fantastic and the prices very reasonable. Very ethical business! We felt so good that we will continue to be their customers!

Great fish and chips on the sea front. The food here is always of good quality, freshly cooked no old over used taste of oil you get in some places. Portion sizes are good for adults, can't comment on childrens portions. Staff are friendly and food is served fresh hot and quickly. Recommended place 👌

Came last week twice, always very impressed either quality of food and the pricing. Always seem to end up here when we have a visit to Hastings. Handy as leads straight on to Old Town which is great to explore.

A great place to eat in Hastings. The fish and chips tasted great, especially what one would expect from a British seaside town. Proper fish and chips. Not oily in the slightest.

Visited the Promenade again and they don't disappoint!! Great cooked food, great size meals for Adults and Kids! Only place for Fish and Chips in Hastings!!

The fish was to die for! Battered and fried fresh as ordered, with great quality chips as well! Me and a few friends had a number of the dishes; the cod and chips, jumbo sausage and the quarter pounder with a side of onion rings. None of which disappointed in the slightest! The decor is lovely, nautically themed and made this brilliant dining experience all the better! The Promenade knows how to do Fish and Chips.

First impressions were that the staff were lovely and friendly, we were welcomed with a warm smile. It was super clean, nothing looked out of place!
Food was cooked fresh, served lovely and hot. Waitress was lovely and friendly.
Only issue I had was the cheese on my chips was a tiny sprinkling! Needed more.
