We called in tonight and sat at a table downstairs. Our order was taken by a friendly waitress. We both ordered cod and chips at £12.50 each to eat in. This was freshly cooked. The fish was very fresh and had a really good batter and the chips were perfect. A very good fish supper. Thank you!

We have just left here, and want to say that it was a pleasure visiting.
From the moment we both walked thru the door…. We were warmly welcomed.
We went upstairs, and the waitress had such a lovely, and caring way about her.
So a definite 10 out of 10. 😊

My wife and our grandchildren enjoyed our food non left over my haddock was good and my wife enjoyed her cod the grandchildren had sausage and as I say not a chip left

Take away fish and chips was a great option and I was not disappointed, quick service on Sunday afternoon generous portion of chips and tasty cod all was perfect.

The chips there are bloody amazing, fresh, hot and delicious. Wish I lived closer so I could have them more often. Of i come to Hastings again I’m definitely going back there. Very affordable too for a budget holiday.
The staff there are also absolute sweethearts. A very friendly place to go.

Popped in with kids when on a day trip and the service was great, the staff are super kind and friendly, and the chips were some of the best we've ever had from a chippy! Will make a beeline here when next in Hastings!

We felt really welcome the cook and waitress were really lovely and served us outside. A beautiful spot. Our chips were proper sliced not frozen chips they also serve alcohol .bonus..and we enjoyed the sunshine sat outside at their tables. The museum and fisheries all across road .. fresh as seafood. Highly recommended but there's only 3 tables outside so I would get a rush on if you want a good spot but they do takeaway too.thank you fish hut.
