Good, family and pet friendly cafe in the park. Not cheap but not over-priced either. The staff are efficient and friendly and there's a good selection of food to chose from from toasted tea cake to burgers, sarnies and fab salads. Nice big cups of tea too. A great place to stop for refreshments in this gorgeous park.
Lovely park enhanced by this great cafe with traditional food & breakfast. Large with plenty of seating inside & a large deck outside. Have only ever had a takeout coffee & snacks but all the staff seem cheerful & helpful.
A lovely place for an all-day breakfast, ice cream, milkshake or coffee in this magical park, legacy of a more philanthropic age - a treasure of a park, meandering inland and branching around ponds and a reservoir. Staff at the Cafe are fantastically polite, thoughtful and personable. What a find!
The best place ever!! I get my latte nearly every day when im walking my dog, the girls now know of by heart what my order is, I also sit down for sarnies, muffins and cooked breakfast when with hubby or my mum, every member of staff are cheerful,polite and nothing too much trouble!! Especially today when a ganic of a seagull came roaring down and snatched my panini straight off my plate when my mum and I were moving tables to shelter from the rain and the lovely girls brought me out a fresh one so kind didn't expect them too.
Sister site to Eat@ at The Stade in Hastings Old Town. Seems to have improved slightly but still falls short of that venue a bit. Same quality of food and drink but less choice
Food like sausage rolls and pastries sell out in first couple of hours and they never seem to think of increasing stock

For a building which was renovated just a few years back it is looking very tired now.
Such a shame because the park café is so handy. Hope it will continue improve as I'd like to eventually give this 5 stars

I only tried English breakfast and coffee... So far so good,, friendly staff,, great location.. highly recommended 👌

Yes yes - the best (that I’ve found) Full English breakfast in the town served here all day long. Suitable for kids, dog-friendly, but really all about the grub!
Lovely setting in the fab Alexandra Park. Nearby stream and bandstand. And green space.
Interior and decking tables available. Relaxed but efficient service...order and prepay at the counter after bagging a table.
Diverse age-wise at least. Popular with all age groups.
I had a toasted cheese and tuna sandwich which did the job nicely. Lovely Latte coffee. A range of pastries and cakes and so forth.

A Beautiful park, it is very large and beautiful kept. Full of floral and fauna. With lakes and a cafe
