Such a great bakery with lovely treats of all sorts and sizes.. if you don't get there in good time they'll for sure have sold out of most things so best to get in early if you want croissants for breakfast!
They’re the only place that still bake almond macaroons in the area and the service is always friendly. Sandwiches are very reasonably priced with the large cheese roll filled generously with tuna. The pastries are out of this world. I cannot describe how perfect this pastry was. It was a Spinach, pine nut and goats cheese. It was soft yet crunchy. If you are in Hastings this is a must try. Judges bakery is a cute little bakery which I wish was just down my road.
Yet to find anything they sell that isn’t delicious. Sausage rolls with onion is particularly good, as are the cheesy topped rolls.

Visited Judges bakery as were holidaying close by. Wow! Amazing Cherry Bakewell tart ( returned for some to bring home) and chocolate biscuit slice made with best quality chocolate 5⭐️

Everything was delicious we visited because my boyfriends surname is Judge and we were in the area. Wish we had bought more pastries to take home I'm pregnant and used that as an excuse to take a bite out of everyone's goodies and there wasn't one thing that wasn't tasty. The savoury goods are yum
They sell very delicious bread (they claim they sell the best sourdough in Sussex), cakes and pastries. I definitely recommend the coffee and walnut cake 🍰
