Caffe Nero - Hastings - Photo album

Lovely coffee bit of a wait came in on Sunday but could see they was understaffed guy behind the bar that was working today deserves a lot more credit where credit is due was positive with customers and hard working girl that was working with him needs to have a better attitude and help didn’t seem
Lovely staff, they were so kind to my autistic son, who wanted to try 'proper' coffee for the first time and he loved his latte. Thank you ladies, your kindness and patience made his day.
Beautiful peaceful, and friendly staff. Great atmosphere and delicious drinks!
The woman that was on june sunday 25 at 10 am is a rockstar. She was the cashier, hot coffee, cold dinks, cook, waiter and never losing her kind attitude. Frankly if I was in her spot I would have not lasted long. The employees of this store deserve a lot more and I hope Nero is meeting their reques
The coffee is fine, but the shop and the entire building are in a terrible state. A major brand like Neros should lead regeneration of communities, not their degeneration, as in this case!
It's just better than costa in everyway apart from they run out of ice frequently
The cappuccino cake is an absolute delight there, and their lattes are lovely. Just gets very busy quickly in this one with limited seating so make sure to come a bit early!
Staff were so helpful and the drinks were so good. Recently found out that they're on Too Good To Go, which is just an added bonus!
Cosy, eclectic, great coffee (and they have sugar free syrups). Really enjoy this place. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Four flights of stairs to the loos so plan accordingly!
Nice location, good seating both inside and out. Was a bit of a wait for drinks, but worth waiting for! Outside seating gets the sunshine nicely
Great coffee shop..... Love the smell when i get in
Visited on a sunny Sunday afternoon, fairly busy which is always a good sign. Excellent selection of drinks, hot and cold, including a lot of iced coffees. The cakes looked appealing. Good staff and plenty of seating inside and outside.
I am lactose intolerant and the barrister was amazing in recommending the coconut iced latte as I didn't want anything hot - she was very friendly and I would reccomend to anyone.
