The line was long and the wait was a little annoying but the crew was overwhelmed. I’m quite sure they are understaffed but they had a great attitude considering the situation. Job well done

First time here and I just wanted to say Danielle was so sweet and happy as I came in with 4 kids that didn’t know what they wanted. Seems like forever since I have had great customer service so I wanted to give her the shout out!

I've seen a lot of negative reviews on the Hastings location, but I was on my way home and seriously craving an old school Whopper. Ordered my Whopper special sideboard, small fries. Didn't wait long, all the gals working were very polite. Fries lacking salt, but hot and crispy. Got home to do the big reveal of my Whopper and was so excited that it was everything I asked for. As a bonus, it was wrapped tight so I wouldn't make a huge mess. My only low score is because I didn't see the inside. Keep up the good work and continue to make improvements! Your efforts make the difference!

Its your typical burger king 🤷♂️ the staff is friendly when ever i order and the foods good if you like them. Not everyone does but if you do. Its fine

My whopper tasted like it's supposed to. The service was friendly and quick and reasonably priced compared to a lot of fast food restaurants. Still had to wait a few minutes longer for the food, but better than most.
