Pizza Hut

Do not order from here!! I ordered carry out and when I got my pizza right when they said it was ready it was barley even warm, looked like they had it sitting out for a couple hours then microwaved it back up. There was barley any sauce on the pizza and the cheese was stale. Crust was soggy, also got 4 pops and none of the pops were cold our cinnamon sticks were cold as well.

I've been to Pizza Huts all over the country. This Pizza Hut is the absolute worst! I ordered a carryout with roughly an hour's notice, and still had to wait a long time to receive my pizza. Most Pizza Huts would still be a 3 or 4 star at this point, but the pizza quality was terrible! The crust was hard and sauce looked/tasted bad. First time in forever that I didn't eat Pizza Hut crust. The staff was nice, but there just wasn't any sense of quality.

We ordered delivery, and it took forever for the pizza to get here. Then we finally get the pizza, and its not what we ordered. We ordered the ultimate cheesy crust pizza, wings, and soda. They brought us a normal pizza. So we called and the guy kept lying saying he said they were out of crust 😂 which the phone was on speaker and no one ever heard him say that, because if that was the case we would of never ordered from them. The guy wouldn’t do anything for us. He said “I mean I could give you a store credit but honestly it wouldn’t do anything”. At this point we’re just hungry. We start eating it, and there is not a single drop of pizza sauce on it. Now they don’t answer when we call. Super unprofessional. Will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

So disappointed I order wings and cheese breadsticks order amount of 45 dollars never received my order I called for a refund and they did argued with me that the driver left my order at the porch.. I called when the driver was behind with my order for 15 minutes from the estimated time and then they called me again at 8:05 arguing with me that the driver left at my porch. Had to fight for my refund and it takes three days to appear in my bank account. They not even apologize. Bad customer service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. The expected delivery time was 50 minutes. After an hour I called to see what the issue was and the man on the phone was very rude and said that the delivery person would be there shortly since he had left the store 15 minutes earlier. An hour and a half after placing the order the pizza arrived. It was cold and slimy. Do not order from this location.

Me and my wife decided to support the local Pizza Hut instead of cooking. The employee stated she tripped enetering our home and since she was on our property, they believe that we are responsible for her workmans comp payments. Suffice to say the Hastings Ne Pizza hut will not receive our patronage in the future. I caution those whole like to have meals delivered, from utilizing this in the future.
