Pizza Fellas

Been ordering pizza's here for some time (a number of years) and never had any complaints, if anything, the deliveries have been earlier than expected and food great. Normally order 1-2 times a week. The last two times I ordered, the order has been late. The first time, I rang and was told a newly hired staff member knocked my order and it fell on the floor - this I can appreciate the honesty, I was told it wouldn't take any more than 10 minutes to have my order. That was fine. Tonight, I placed an order like I normally would, after 15 minutes elapsed after my expected delivery time, I rang and was told they were under the pump as it was 'hard to get reliable staff around Hastings' - apparently its one guy in the shop and one driver. As compensation I would get 'a drink or something' Once delivered, it was by (from what I understand) the owner or manager who said he had to close the shop to get the order to me, the food was a little average to be honest I may look to go to other pizza outlets in town as this is a bit disappointing. I appreciate if things are busy, etc. But once bitten, twice shy? Sorry Pizza Fellas.
