We came in last night at 5mins to closing. The waitress was very friendly and took our order. I had the Hot turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries and my son had a Banquet burger. Both meals were delicious and served hot. Thanks so much for the great dinner! Definitely worth going back again! The restaurant was well lit and the music was just loud enough. They have a nice patio as well.

Went for my anniversary breakfast here this morning and was more than pleasantly suprised at the quality and flavour of the food. I had a BLT hold the T on the freshest crispiest rye toast and the bacon was cooked perfectly (mmm bacon of a pliable consistency). Even the lettuce was fresh. My other half has an extreme gluten problem which they were more than accommodating with. There were multiple GF meals and even a GF bread option. The service was excellent, the price was on point, and the view of the river was a nice addition. I would definitely recommend Banjo's for any meal.

Banjo's has changed ownership several times and is temporarily closed but will hopefully be open soon.lt is a great little place to eat. The food is really delicious and they don't skimp on the portions. This little restaurant has a big heart and is frequented a lot by the locals because they know they will find great service, delicious food and a quick hello from a neibor. Lets hope they re-open soon.If you can, get the vaccine and let's beat this thing!!! 🇨🇦🍁

My wife and I decided to try this place after driving by it the last 2 years. We had heard good things. They were owned at one time by McGillicafeys just up the road. For a small eatery they have quite a good menu. I had their banquet burger with onion rings and it was pretty good. It could have held its own against any gourmet burger I've tasted in the past 10 years. My wife is a picky person therefore a tough one to please. She ordered the fish and chips with homemade coleslaw. In her words, "Very good!" which means awesome to most. The staff were pleasant and the presentation of the food was very nice too. We'll definitely be back. I found the pricing a bit high. $17.50 for the burger and onion rings. Ìll still return but just won't make this place a habit. During the summer months you can sit out on the deck and enjoy watching the boats pass by so I'd say that's a small price to pay for a nice ambiance too.

The breakfast is 😘. We usually come here for breakfast and I absolutely love the eggs Benedict, while my partner is a BIG fan of the BLT sandwich on their sourdough bread. The staff are always super friendly and attentive. During the pandemic, we've also ordered their burgers for takeout and found them to be equally as enjoyable at home.
