Bella Italia Pizzeria

This was the worst pizza ordering experience I've ever had. We ordered our pizza at 7:10 pm. It was marked to be delivered at 7:50-8:00pm. We called at 8:15 and they claimed they had just sent the pizzas out. They were so late that I had to go to bed before they even got here. My wife called at 9:45 since we hadn't received our food. They alledged they had delivered our pizza and someone had stolen it. When they finally arrived nearly an hour after that half the order was wrong. Instead of a personal Chicken Parm pizza and a personal Buffalo Chicken, we got some kind of calzone instead. Will never order from here again.

We've ordered pizza for delivery from here once or twice. No problems with delivery like all the other reviews mention, but perhaps it's because we live so close. The pizza isn't my favorite from this place, but this time I ordered a grilled chicken and veggie wrap as well as a harvest salad with grilled chicken for delivery and it came right on time. The food was pretty decent; I especially liked the salad. The prices are also reasonable. I just wish their delivery drivers were a bit more friendly. They don't ever speak to you which I find very odd. Instead they just hand you the food and walk away, even when they're greeted and told thank you. I don't care that much because they did their job which was to deliver the food, but some customer service manners would also be nice.

This was my go to place for pizza until this past Sunday. Ordered a pizza on line at approximately 7pm on line came back it would be here by 8. 8 comes and goes no pizza. At 8:25 I call I was told order arrived late it was on its way. At 8:45 still no pizza so I called and told them to forget it after all this I just wanted my money back. I was told I would get it by an employee there. Yesterday I called and talked to Millie who say she was the manager and they do not give refunds. This is 28 dollars of my money they kept and I received no pizza no offer for anything because of their lateness, no apology until I asked for it. And most importantly no pizza. Save yourself the hassle stay away!!

I work in a medical office and the drug reps that bring us lunch from Hatfield is amazing! I don’t know what you do to the chicken piccata but OMG it is THE BEST I have ever had! The chicken is so tender it just melts. The ziti and salad we have on the side is awesome but that chicken is outstanding! Our staff always gets excited when we know we are getting your delicious food. Thank you!!

Hatfield Pizzeria is the best! I work in a retail store nearby and we were really busy on Saturday so we decided to get a pizza delivered. We accidentally put in the wrong address so the delivery driver went to Souderton instead of Hatfield. When he finally arrived, the driver gave us our pizza for free even though they made absolutely no mistake on their end. The people that work at the Hatfield Pizzeria not only make great pizza, but they are also great neighbors. Thank you, Hatfield Pizzeria. You guys are the best!!!
