Dunkin'

Ordered the hummus toast in the drive through. When I opened the box, there were no roasted tomatoes as shown/written on the menu and the wrong seasoning. I got out of my car and went in. Asked the manager for tomatoes and received no apology for the inconvenience. When they finally handed me a new box, fortunately I checked before I left the store because there were still no tomatoes on it. Had to wait a very long time for a new one, and instead of the manager taking the opportunity to apologize for me having to wait even longer (I told her the 2nd time there were still no tomatoes), the manager yelled at the girl because she left her station to help me get the correct order. Kudos to this teenager and shame on the grown-up manager. Got to my car and -- the "toast" had not been put in the toaster!!!

We were thankful Dunkin was nearby to our house as we didn't have electricity. I have always loved Dunkin coffee and discovered the breakfast sandwiches at the beach last summer. However, the woman at the window put a huge wad of napkins in the bag. We are still using them up more than a week later. While we appreciate extra napkins this was a little wasteful.

Shouldve done wawa. Picked up my mobile order and the blonde woman (possibly the mgr) was not friendly. My order was incomplete and had to go back in a second time to get full order. Man behind me told the blonde woman his order was incomplete, she got nasty saying no it wasn’t and he got what he ordered. He provided the receipt and showed he was missing an item. No apology, nothing. He got his food and walked out. TERRIBLE!! Will not be going back.

Unless the wonderful Indian Ladies, Who I suppose are the owners come back I will never be going back here as well. The staff is incredibly rude. It is the closest Dunkin to my house so I always give them the benefit of the doubt but after probably the 12th time of sassy attitudes, the wrong orders given to me, my drink being made the wrong way, and me telling them it was wrong and then being told by them I was wrong until I had to physically show them the difference between real caramel and the syrup pump clear caramel did they remake my drink but still no apology even after I told them I was allergic to the clear pump caramel syrup it physically makes me sick. On the same occasion they left me sitting at the window for over six minutes waiting for a straw, When “Jen, the blonde, seems to be the same blonde we are all talking about“, noticed I was still at the window she raced her hands to the sky and screamed what now, open the window, I said straw please, she basically threw a straw at me and shut the window with no apology. It’s the whole staff, seen one girl on the floor picking at her nail polish and flicking it as well. If I could give a negative star rating I would. And until the lovely Indian ladies come back who were there last summer they will not be getting any business from me.

Horrible Experience , the lady with the blonde hair was extremely rude working with her hood on. we tried asking her a question and she completely ignored us . Not to mention she definitely looked like she just rolled out of bed and needed to take a shower . No smiling faces or warm welcoming in this establishment at all
