Very busy on a bank holiday visit but the fully-staffed kitchen ensured it wasn't more that 10 minutes from ordering till the food was ready.
Burgers are extremely good!
A large fries is enough for 3 or 4 people!
Seating is at a premium because the place is so popular!
Place was very clean and tidy, can't wait to visit again.
Gul,manzoor,kane and Aliya had this place running smooth tonight. My first time at a five guys restaurant and Man was the food good.
Quality service,Tidy,clean,meal ready in a quicker time than I've waited at McDonald's in the past and this was cooked FRESH!

This was my first time in a five guys restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. Definitely the best place to get a burger. The fries are lovely and one of the best milkshakes I've ever had.
Lovely hotdog, probably one of the best I've ever had. Lots of fries even though we ordered a small between us. Quick service, location was clean and tidy and staff were friendly.
First time visit to five guys yesterday evening and was a fantastic experience. Quality service, great food & really clean dining area considering how busy it was. Would highly recommend.
We had the Jr cheeseburger and Jr bacon. With the free toppings, these burgers are huge.the small fries can feed 3 people! The oreo cookie milkshake is to die for
Food was great and the burger is always great but not impressed with the levels of seating. It only has to be moderately busy and the place is full but other than that burger was great and the chips are top notch.
Looked at 5 guys a few times and always thought it was pricey, and hadn't really looked at the concept. We went this time because there wasn't much option, to be honest. Very pleasantly surprised. Burgers were lovely, the fries were awesome and shake was very nice. Obviously costs more than a standard burger joint but we thought it was great value. I like the concept and the ethos of the business and will be trying 5 guys again.

I found the staff to be really helpful as they talked me through the menu as I hadn't eaten at five guys for quite some time now.

Though quite expensive for a burger, fries and shake, I have to commend the staff for their efforts here. From the friendly and helpful chap at the till, to seeing the manager personally ensuring the burgers were pieced together perfectly, and then eating what was probably the best burger meal I've had at a fast food type restaurant. Perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients and short waiting times despite a very busy day.
First visit to Five Guys, & it won't be my last. Gully was most helpful, & helped with my order. Coca-Cola machine is amazing with lots of great flavours. Hopefully be back soon for more.

Five Guys is literally in a league of its own when it comes to "fast food".
You choose from a small burger (one patty) or a large burger (two pattys) they also have hot dogs, BLT and grilled cheese. Once you've decided on the base you then get a choice - without limit - of toppings and sauces from the usual grilled onions, ketchup and mustard to grilled mushrooms etc. Your burger is wrapped in a sheet of foil to kee0 it hot and if you order as a couple or family there will be a sticker on the burger with a number on that matches what you ordered and is itemised and numbered on the receipt. The fries - five guys style - are incredible but be warned they are cooked in peanut oil so the whole place is a no go for those with allergies. The soft drinks are refillable and there are machines in store to choose flavours etc. If you can tolerate milk, always have a milkshake, same deal, loads of flavours, mix them, have just one but try one, malted milk is so gorgeous it makes me want to cry, sure heavenly hosts appear when you take the first sip! It's not a cheap place to eat we went recently and two meals with a milkshake each was in the region of £35. Well worth it though.
Amazing burgers, amazing chips, amazing milkshakes! The chocolate one was absolutely brilliant, best one I've ever had, the strawberry milkshake was good if you like strawberry bits, showed how fresh everything was, unfortunately not for us. Definitely well worth the trip 👌
Popped in before starting our shopping, first time trying five guys food. It was delicious. I had a hotdog and fries. Portion size was big, and the food kept me full all day.
