Lovely independant cafe serving honest cafe grub. We had toasted sandwiches which were delish and appreciated the dog friendly approach.

This is a wonderful breakfast place. I came here with my partner and Munchy’s did not disappoint. The food was decently priced (£15 for the two of us) and the portions were just so amazing. We left feeling extremely satisfied and I recommend to anyone traveling in that area to give Munchy’s a go! It’s a revelation!

A warm welcome, we were a large party (12) and the staff were happy to rearrange tables so we could all sit together. Service was good and food and drinks were delicious. Would highly recommend
Excellent place to have breakfast or just casual drink to cool down and relax. The cafe is located at ideal place next to river. The staff seems rather lovely and welcoming. I had my breakfast there and their service and delicious breakfast was the best thing of that morning. Reasonably price as you can see attached photos of their menu. Quick serve. Rather clean. Highly recommend.
Stopped here today for a breakfast, we had the the Big Munch, it came with 2 rounds of toast, 2 sausages, 2 bacon, mushrooms,tomato’s, beans and an egg all cooked perfectly cooked.
Food came out quickly, staff were friendly and with a couple of black coffees the bill was just over £18 in total.
Excellent food. and excellent value we will certainly go back.

Best breakfast / Lunch in Pembrokeshire by far 🥰 Eat here regularly and often have take away breakfasts - Food is always beautifully cooked and clearly of high quality! The food is never heavy or greasy either like you can sometimes get! Lovely freindly staff always polite and pleasant! Honestly can not recomend Munchies highly enough! The whole family is obsessed! Nicecomfortable surroundings beautifully decorated with a homely feel! If you want amazing food this is the place to go!

Very welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast very good value great size. See picture. Nice to see community members who come in for a bit of a chat welcomed as well. Toast tasted like it had butter on it. Down a side street next to the river. Was opened at 09.30 when we were there.
Me and my family are here on holiday and we stopped in and had 4 breakfasts and a ham egg and chips. The staff where lovely and friendly and the food was served very quickly. All cooked well and good quality. Not your normal soaked in grease. Even gave our dog a sausage. Definitely recommend and visit again.
Always a fabulous breakfast well worth the visit, their largest breakfast offering you would need to be very hungry 😃

My partner ordered me the wrong meal and when it turned up my eyes nearly exploded. Thing is, it was only the medium breakfast! The portions are very generous and it was so tasty I couldn't bear to leave any food on the plate. Now I'm going to pop but it was well worth it!
