I have been ordering here for a few months after being recommended the munchy box (very good btw)
Tonight I ordered at 6pm deliver was an hour, not an issue. After 2 hours I called and asked where my order was. The person on the phone checked and I heard another person in the back ground confirm it
The food is great, but there is a problem with online ordering where you cannot use a card.

Order taken over phone and as had a special request for items not to be included in a dish, they made sure they repeated order back. It was ready for collection in the given time and service in restaurant was good. The person I dealt with was polite, kind and helpful. As always fantastic food.
