Another customer took my order by accident. This dunks remade my food and we’re incredibly gracious. I go to this dunks every day and never a problem. Great vibes here and consistent. Thankful for this place.

Essentially the best Dunkin in Haverhill. Rarely makes mistakes and when they do they correct the order without any problems. Patient staff and pleasure to speak to.

Drive through took forever Atleast 10-15 mins wasn’t even a long line maybe 2-3 cars.

I ordered from grubhub and coffees came without tags and did not have the flavors that we ordered. they got lazy, put a bunch of random flavors in it, and just sent it. I will not be ordering from this location. It was a complete waste of $18 for 2 coffees!!!!! unreal!!!!!!

Bathroom was disgusting! Ordered an iced latte, was given a hot one. Asked if made with almond milk (that I paid extra for) because it didn't taste like it and no one knew, even the person who made it!!! Asked what was in a cocoa mocha latte and the employee did not know, but said she could ask someone. Of the 3 drinks we ordered 2 we're so bad we tossed them. Horrible experience!!!
