I'm a regular at Kaspas, and my kids adore their ice creams and milkshakes. I've given it 5 stars mainly for the delicious food. The ambiance is pleasant, but the service tends to be a bit sluggish. Unfortunately, there's often a 10-minute wait or longer before they bring everyone's orders to the same table, which can be frustrating.

Good experience eventually, almost walked out after standing at the counter some time and one of the lads quite clearly saw we were waiting but didn't speak a single word to us .. just carried on (but not really doing much) . Finally the young lady in there ( who was actually busy) noticed and stepped in to serve us, she was very polite and smiley. Food was delicious.

I would like to say a thank you to one of the staff at Kaspas. This evening it was pretty busy and unfortunately we were sat in a rather noisy part of the restaurant which for my autistic daughter I could see was going to be too overwhelming. I asked one of the waitresses whether there was a quieter table available, her attitude was lovely and despite it being busy she managed to get us a quieter table. The desserts were lovely too but I just really appreciated the understanding and willingness to help. Thank you x

Visit for puddings & a birthday treat. We had various dishes which everyone enjoyed, from Waffles with ice cream & Maple syrup, to Ferrero Rocher hot cookie dough, ice cream cones to Bubble slushies! Generous drinks and delicious fresh made dessert portions.

Always love going here. The icecream, waffle, cake, cramel pudding, everything is so delicious and perfect with perfect ambiance and its on 12 street so you find multiple clubs, arena and dinner places too around it. Their chocolate fudge icecream is to die for!!! Highly highly recommended!!!

We visit Kaspa’s quit often and I must say, their hot desserts like crepes, cookie dough, and waffles are absolutely delightful and extremely sweet , perfect for sweet tooth. The softness of these treats was truly remarkable. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the shop feeling satisfied and content. The ambiance of the shop was pleasant, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The milkshakes at Kaspa Dessert and Ice Cream Shop were also quite delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying. I found myself indulging in the creamy goodness of their milkshakes. However, I did notice that on some occasions, the staff seemed a bit rude and stressed. While it didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it did leave a slightly negative impression. I believe a more friendly and relaxed approach from the staff would enhance the overall customer experience. This place is disabled parking accessible. Overall, I would highly recommend Kaspa Dessert and Ice Cream Shop for their soft and delectable hot desserts, good portion sizes, pleasant ambiance. We received some vouchers from German Doner Kebab, which were fantastic since they were essentially buy one get one free deals on hot desserts like waffles or crepes. I would say this place truly a heaven for kids.

Date lunch with my daughter and we popped in for a dessert "lunch", it wasn't overly busy and we were seated immediately. Once we had decided what we wanted I ordered and it arrived quickly. I consumed my entire days calories in a waffle desert and a milk shake, I can feel the carb coma coming on now. This was a great trip out and the things we bought tasted awesome. I will definitely be back at some point. The decor was pretty cool too.

Good, quick pitstop for a sweet treat with my family! The kids dessert meals were very affordable and we absolutely enjoyed it! They had two kids versions: a mini pancake and a sundae. We tried them both and the kids loved it! In short, its a good dessert place and a nice treat!
