Really impressed with the customer service here, staff were all friendly and informative. David was really helpful and talked through all the coffees and was a pleasure to chat with being a coffee fanatic like myself. Hard to come across such good customer service this day and age.

It's a nice little shop, if not over priced but for a tea lover you can probably find a gift. However, for such a small shop and with more staff than customers I do not need to be asked by three different members of staff if I need any help. I actually said to my wife if they ask once more I'm leaving. Leave people alone we know how to ask for assistance!

This is a beautiful shop. It never disappoints. I especially love all the variety of teas and hot chocolates. This time I treated myself to biscuits and jar of luxury hot chocolate plus my usual Assam. Thank you ladies, we come back every time. You must visit this place, they also sell tea cups and various tea pots. Excellent as gifts.
