Lovely place for shopping & eating, the gifts are very good quality, & the cheese shop is amazing & its great to be able to taste before you buy, lovely viewa from cafe, very friendly lovely staff.

This cafe is housed in an amazing building with picture windows offering great views of Wensleydale. The outside seating area is really well done too. Only 4 stars though as the food selection is relatively limited and the queue to order took quite a long time considering the cafe was not really busy

Went for just a coffee and cake husband had carrot cake and I had cheese scone with Wensleydale cheese

Enjoyed a Sunday Roast dinner, looked after by pleasant staff.

Good selection of cheesy foodstuffs on the menu. 1⭐ off food for the rock hard butter as it couldn't be spread. Chutneys were a delicious accompaniment too.

Lovely food and plenty of seating inside and dog friendly if sitting outside. Tomato soup was delicious as was the terrine.
