Stopped in for breakfast on our last morning in the area. Very nice food but a little on the pricey side for a handful of pancakes. Staff were very nice and helpful.
I visited with my elderly aunt as she grew up in Hay and used to play within the ruins of the castle. The cafe was busy but they managed to fit us in for tea and cake. The staff are lovely, the food nice, and the surroundings amazing. They have done a really good job. Highly recommended.

Visited today with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both thoroughly enjoyed the hake and roast potatoes with pesto sauce. The staff were friendly and made our visit so relaxing. Congratulations to the chef. We will definitely visit again as Market day in Hay on Wye is a great joy
