Steak And Lobster Heathrow

I booked here to celebrate an 18th birthday. A group of us arrived 15 minutes earlier than our booking time. The restaurant was not full however we were not immediately greeted on arrival and were left waitimg for some minutes to be acknowledged despite there being staff walking past us at the entrance. I had to ask that my guests be immediately seated which is disappointing and unacceptable. Once prompted immediate action was taken to seat us at our table. From there on we were served by an exceptional friendly and accommodating waitress named Alisha. We ordered a mixture of lobster and steak. My steak was one of the best I've tasted. Everyone was happy with their menu choice. The waitress offered to take photos of us and was attentive. We left after some hours and a very enjoyable evening. The ambience and distance between tables was perfect. Where we were seated was quite private. Staff did not sing happy birthday but they did provide a complimentary dessert. Parking provsion made this a convenient choice and parking was free for diners. This was an excellent choice for a special occasion and we plan to visit again soon. Alisha you were brilliant 👏. I came here just over a year ago with my parents and partner, and we still talk about it; easily the best steak I've ever had, and my partner had some stunning lobster mac and cheese. The honeycomb mason jar deserts were absolutely lifechanging. I can't wait to come here again next time I'm in London :)

Our flight to Iceland had been cancelled so they booked us for the night at the Radisson Blu. We were hugely bummed as we had lost out on a very expensive non refundable room and a day at the Blue Lagoon so when we arrived at the Radisson our spirits weren’t high but they got us set up quickly and we reserved a table for dinner because we were hungry. We ordered from the incredibly nice waiter who told us to order something other than what we wanted because it was better tasting which we listened. Drinks came out promptly as well as the food and it was super tasty. The desert was to die for! While it didn’t make up for missing out on the next leg of our trip, it did take our minds off of it for a bit. Even if you’re not staying there I recommend stopping in for a bite. The prices are very reasonable compared to what we are used to paying for similar entrees. Highly satisfied.
