Pizza Hut

I ordered a Vegetarian supreme pizza but this guy at the store, his. name is Hussein, sent me a meat pizza and when i called him to say there is a mistake with the ordered, this guy started calling me a liar and started yelling and abusing on the phone .He even challenged me to meet him and kind of threatened me, i went to the store along with wrong pizza, but this guy didn't bother to apologise for even once, and on top was extremely rude in front of his staff and kept yelling. i am extremely dissatisfied with the kind of service, it shows how bad the pizza hut customer service standard has become. I would suggest other people to not to deal with this store as this guy "Hussein Ahmed" doesn't know the meaning of customer service and is very abusive, harsh and rude person.

They are unworthy of a single star. I don't understand why they recruit staff who don't know how to treat customers with respect. They are typically grumpy or moody.  One of the guys (Yusuf) was particularly disrespectful to us. He inquired as to how many people would be at a table and if we had made a reservation prior to arriving.  We have never made a booking since covid restrctions were eased, so were confused as why he asked this.  He was so arrogant and rude that we walked out. After we walked out, another family also agreed that the vibe of the whole place was off and left. Definitely not what it used to be. I think Pizza Hut is planning to close down the restaurant or are not interested in the business.

Ridiculous customer service...ordered a large pan pizza... supposed to have 10 slices .....got only 9 the 9th one being cut into two smaller ones...attaching pictures of the same...when called the branch manager (hussain) he puts us on hold and never picked our calls back..i ate one of the slice after which i noticed i have been robbed of a slice

Ordered vegetarian pizza but Hussain at this Pizza Hut gave meat pizzas. We found out when we reached home. When I called to inform him what happened he did acknowledge that he’s given us wrong ordered. I was hoping he would deliver correct order complimentary but he refused. He offer to make fresh order and asked me to come collect it. I said it’s too late now but I can come tomorrow. He refused point blank. I felt let down by Pizza Hut and service is unacceptable! I will never order from Pizza Hut, 832 Uxbridge Road, Hayes ever again!!!
