Used the drive through and the atmosphere was what your expect after 300 mikes and 2 cans of beans, excellent and quick service despite being packed with Saturday night punters, it's the very pin7cal of fast food service.

Quite busy place, sometimes hard to find seating. There is parking available. Food nice. Staff try to keep place clean and are always visible and available if needed.

Always busy!!! Drive thru is too busy all the time. I use the McDs app and order for the bay drop off. Staff are always friendly

In my personal experience, one of the best of the bunch, Good service, and nice big windows with trees in the foreground. Close to supermarkets and a shopping village so quite convenient!

Chips weren't up to the mark. Veggie pattie in wrap was a disaster, which is more of McDonald's fault as they kept changing the recipe for worse over the last 20 years but this time, I guess they've hit the bottom.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for over a decade as my local for my work lunch. This has always been a very well run McDonald’s, credit to the management here who I think have been there a long time, their recruitment and training is clearly very good…. However… something need to be done about the homeless people in the drive through queue, I presume this is private land so they should not be there. Very nice place with a drive through.
The only thing it lacks is a possibility to sit and eat outside.
It also had well maintained clean toilets in which one can wash hands.

Lovely spot, although in a retail park, doesn't feel like it, with nice shady trees and big windows. Service is great, and staff appear to be mindful of expectations. I've given five stars because, it was a pleasant experience and everything came together like clockwork.

Im surprise to see Mcdonalds at hayes really pack with people. Even though there is a big queue of order , employees here really fast and accurate. Highly recommended.
