great food trust me it's really worth a visit you wont be dissapointed, I shall be returning very soon
Lovely service, nice decor and amazing food! First visit won’t be my last!
The food was fairly tasty though it could do with perhaps a bit more seasoning and spice. I do think it's a bit too overpriced compared to the competition. I don't mind paying more if the food tastes that much better but in this case I don't think it did. I could get the same meal (Lamb Dhansak and Chicken Biriyani) for -£11 less elsewhere.
Unfortunately there was a lot of leakage of the abundance of oil that was in the lamb dhansak which shouldn't be happening in this day and age. For the price paid, the packaging is quite antiquated compared to some of the competition.
I have been a customer for take away / dining for twenty years or more.
The food is excellent, can't fault it, would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Generous portions of curry and rice.
Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Somewhere you can relax and unwind.
Kind regards
Gordon
The best Indian restaurant in Haywards Heath by far. A lovely meal and great new lamb kebab biryiani last weekend. Service always excellent and you can take your own drink. The NHS discount is greatly appreciated for takeaways. A firm favourite.
First time back here since the 80s. Great food service was good and not over priced. Will definitely go back
We have eaten out a lot recently with visitors from the USA and this was the best meal by far. The only disappointments was the onion bhaji, which were heavier and a bit craggy, they were tasty, but not as light as they used to be. The vegetabl curry with the Biriani was spicier than before and I could not eat it. This will however remain our favourite Indian restaurant.
I have to say this place is hands down the best Indian restaurant in West Sussex the food is so fresh we've been going here for ages and the standard is always brilliant, they don't sell alcohol but you can bring your own which works for me
Great place. Great food. Like the BYO policy on alcohol. I would come again.
Popular venue with good food and a relaxed atmosphere. Bring your own drinks.
What a nice and fresh food! Really worth every penny .
When looking at the menu we weren't completely sure what was either vegan friendly as is, or could be made so by the chef. We decided to pop down and order in person and very glad that we did, as the manager was super helpful. It turned out most of the vegetarian dishes were either already vegan, or could easily be made so. We ordered mainly sides plus one main, and I have to say everything was delicious (aubergine, chana, okra, dahl, saag aloo and more) At first I thought it looked a bit on the expensive side but actually it worked out very reasonable for 4 people, I think he threw in a couple of things for free as we ordered quite a lot. Many thanks, I am not a local but if I am back here will definitely order again!
Have always used Nizam, always great quality food. More expensive than anywhere in town but always better quality. Made my mothers birthday with the food we ordered.
I have also sat in the restaurant multiple times and always visit when I’m back home from Yorkshire.
The only thing I will say is that normally the vindaloo is perfectly spiced for me and really gives me a challenge while remaining tasty. However on this one occasion last night it wasn’t really spicy at all for a vindaloo, still incredibly tasty. I won’t let that effect my review as I’ve eaten / ordered from nizam Atleast 10 times and the food always been perfect
Amazing staff and amazing food. What else can you ask for.
We went there for my birthday dinner.Food was very tasty and good customer service . reasonable price. They give us one free dessert with candle ,which make me very happy. Highly recommend .
