I visited this week from out of the area and in comparison to my local Waitrose, this one is superior.
- It is large and there is every possible type of item/food you could want from a supermarket.
- There is a cafe with lots of seating.
- Lots of self checkout machines and those with a cashier.

Good car park and easy to find. Found the shop to be well lit, good aisle space, all in all a good experience. Can get busy.
We met for a book club in the wine bar. Fabulous time, lovely platters of nibbles and good wine. Especial thanks to the lovely Julia for being the "hostess with the mostest". Will definitely come again
Fabulous store, great food and amazing sushi bar. The staff are friendly and helpful unlike the Colchester store where shoppers are an inconvenience here at Haywards Heath they smile at you when you ask a question and do their best to answer your query. I would say thanks for your help to all the st
This store is next to Haywards Heath train station and includes a bar and a cafe so also an ideal meeting place.
I went into Waitrose supermarket yesterday with someone has l was visiting Hayward Heath, the supermarket is very large clean and well stocked of food on it shelves l noticed the prawn 🦐 and mayonnaise packed sandwich were expensive.
Great place to shop and work. Delivery shop now from bigger stores with wider range of products. More economically sound by far.
Love this shop! Great produce, lovely staff, nice cafe and plenty of free parking
Although this Waitrose branch is almost 3 years old in Haywards Heath, they maintain the cleanliness and look as if the store is newly built. The working staff are friendly and accommodating to all customers. Managers can be seen on the shop floor at all times and they are always well stocked. They
Usual Waitrose quality and service. Friendly
efficient staff. Huge floor space. Nice cafe.
Easy access. Car park. Toilets.
Good shop.

Nice cafe on site.
Note...Lift or escalator from car park to shop floor for your trollies or if you cann
Update from the last time I gave a 5 star. I went today with my two young children to have lunch at the cafe. The lady that helped me with both my children (she works there) thank you so much you really are an angel and made a hard situation at lot more bearable. Thank you so so much.
The sushi counter at waitrose is a favorite. I go to school nearby and go here weekly religiously for my sushi fix. The sushi is fresh and the people working at the sushi counter are always extremely friendly and will sometimes even make a new fresh batch in front of you if requested.
Went to the cafe for breakfast with my dad. He ordered a normal breakfast, 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1sausage, mushroom, beans and toast. I ordered 2 sausages, beans, scrambled eggs and toast. Together with a coffee and a hot chocolate the bill came to £19.70. The last serving asked how we wanted the egg cook
