I’m a fish & chip fan and this is one of the best places I know. I can’t speak for the pies, puddings etc. - because I haven’t tried them. But the fish and chips are absolutely first class. Good portions and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.

Called in at 7:30, they shut at 8. They couldn’t be anymore helpful we can do this for you but it will be 5 minutes is that ok? Of course it’s ok I came in 30 minutes before you shut when most chippies run out out and that’s that, yet you went out of your way to cook what I’d ask for. So helpful and accommodating and friendly too! I will definitely go there again

Lovely fish and chips albeit a mahoosive portion. During the pandemic it's probably best to call ahead as it's only one person in at a time but they do have contactless payments.

Food is absolutely top notch, the paragon of chip shops. Excellent friendly service, perfectly cooked chips, and fish is beyond reproach. Parking to rear. Sustainable cardboard containers.

The best fish and chips we have had! The portions were really good. You could tell it was a quality piece of fish which was cooked to perfection, it flaked away. The chips were chunky and not greasy and we would highly recommend!

Honest down to earth chippy serving freshly prepared cod...real cod not the substitutes some chippies pass off as cod...perfectly cooked in light batter...delicious....only drawback is v limited seating if you want to eat in. V good prices and specials...especially at lunchtime.Highly recommended.

Waited for a decent fish and chip shop for 5 years now have the best fish and chips in the UK! So friendly and helpful as well. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
