Our favourite fish and chip shop in the Heathfield area. Kids love it too. The staff are lovely and friendly. We probably come here too much but it's a good value decent meal.
Nemos in the High Street has been even busier since Taylors changed hands. The new owners worked alongside the previous owners of 30 years for a year before taking over, then promptly ruined the best chips you ever tasted! Such a shame...
...since writing this review they've really got their act together, and now I'm pleased to say I can't fault them π
My first visit and extremely impressed with the quality and portions of the Fish and Chips. Even treated myself to some curry sauce.

Generally the fish and chips are good, occasionally towards the end of service, the chips suffer. Very busy tonight, very good fish and chips.
WOW! First time using Taylors fish bar and we was not disappointed, the fish was beautifully cooked, chips best ever and O.M.G the curry sauce is to die for me and my boyfriend agreed we would get two curry sauces next time as we both couldn't get enough of it π and we will be so returning. If you haven't tried Taylors fish bar please do so your missing out big time πππ

Nicely presented, batter a little thick, a little more liquid in the mix? Very slightly overcooked. Nice and fresh, well drained, overall not bad
A small area in which to eat in if you want to. Fish and chips were fantastic as were the staff. We new the food was going to be good by the number of people coming in to order food. Next time we are visiting in the area we will be definitely be calling in.
Popped in on NYE, put on some fresh chips for me and they were very friendly.
Love Taylors Fish & Chips! Best tasting chips anywhere! Portions are a good size and the choice is excellent! The que going out the door most evenings cant be a bad sign!!
