Been into Aya Sophia lots of times!Brilliant food and staff! Always get the hot meze to start and it's always cooked amazingly. Toss up between the salmon or the chicken kebab for a main, either is well worth the price �
The cocktail bar is my favourite place to go out too on the weekends, they are always stirred and shaken by pleasant and well presented bar staff � Great choice of cocktails on the menu, if they don't have it, ask and they will usually make It for you! �
5 stars every time, I recommend the cocktail bar to everyone I know! Brilliant place �
My wife and me had a lovely lunch yesterday staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming we ordered from the lunchtime special leaflet we was pleasantly surprised when are food arrived wow it was absolutely stunning it felt like we were actually in Greece ha ha. Drinks menu was great and very reasonable it was our first time visiting hebden bridge and first time visiting Aya Sophia we highly recommend a visit to this beautiful restaurant we will definitely be visiting again soon thank you guys 🍷
Oh my word. What a fabulous place to eat and drink. Everything from greeting, service and food was top class and un fault able. Would highly recommend it x

First time me and my boyfriend had been here as we'd only gone for a drive out and were just passing and thought we'd take a look in as The lunchtime meal menu looked very appetising. I had the warmed feta to start and my other half had something I can remember and we both had the cajun chicken for the mains. I must say both our starters and mains were absolutely delicious with plenty of flavour and there was plenty of it. Just the starters alone would have done me for a light lunch. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very nice.
We have put this place on our "places to go when we fancy a drive out" list and will definitely be paying another visit in due course.
Gorgeous food, excellent service, great atmosphere and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Delicious cocktails too. Thank you for a great night �
I had my 40th birthday bash at Aya Sophia yesterday, with around 40 guests and every one had a brilliant time. The space is great, the staff were so friendly and made everyone feel really welcome and the buffet food was delicious. Thankyou to all who made it a fabulous afternoon! :)
Visited for the first time last night for hubby's birthday and we both loved it. Fabulous food and the portions were massive. Great cocktails to start the evening off whilst we waited to be seated and even though the restaurant was very busy the staff were very attentive and professional. Will definitely be back very soon :-). Highly recommended.
Wow !! Just had a surprise birthday meal here . I can honestly say that it was one of the best places I've been . Staff are a credit to the boss !! The drinks and cocktails where divine. The food , from starter to deseret ( with a happy birthday serenade from the staff ) was simply put , sensational ! . Thank you !! X

There were 12 of us celebrating my hubbys birthday, the meal was delicious! The staff were quick, friendly & more than accommodating! Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant - I went here with my family who came up from London and wanted something nice and authentic. Ordered loads of different meats and thought the food was made very well. The design of this place is beautiful too and they were super accommodating to our dog. Having finished the weekend, my parents said that this was their favourite place they'd eaten at before going back down. We ordered the pide and the mixed grill as well as some vine leaves fries, cheese rolls (bourek) and the Greek salad.
If you are in the cocktail bar (the only dog friendly section) and it's cold then make sure you're closer to the front door because that's where the heaters are. The staff did bring blankets but it didn't do the job (they did try!).
For the four of us it was about 112 pounds

The food was beautifully presented and the flavours were amazing.
Very good portion sizes too at a good price.

Cocktails, great music roof top terrace what more could you want. Food tasted so fresh the garlic bread, fries chicken kebab, houmous,pitta breads and fresh yogurt. We had a try of everything the nicest thing was the spicy sausage wow loved it all. The staff were friendly and accommodating would highly recommend going here.
Popped in on a rainy Thursday night after looking for some where to eat. The place was busy but we managed to get a table for 2. We had the 2 course for £17.95 meal deal. Food was lovely - baked feta, houmous and chicken kebab each with a side of chips. Service was great, staff are friendly and welcoming and we weren’t rushed to leave as soon as we had finished. Would recommend.

Absolutely love this place.
The food was incredible.
I had the Sucuk for a starter. This tasted amazing. The sauce that it comes out in was delicious. It was great for dipping bits of pitta in.
Love Tzatziki so we had to try that too and it didn't fail to disappoint. Again this was great for dipping and nice and light before our main.
Being a greek resteraunt I wanted to keep things traditional so i opted for Moussaka. This was amazing - absolutely delicious.
Only thing that slightly let it down on the night is that staff forgot part of our order. We had to remind them to bring it out. But unfortunately by the time we had finished our meals it still wasnt ready so we had to cancel it which was disappointing.
Let me say though the food here is absolutely delicious. The menu is great and has a wide variety of choice.
The prices are very reasonable as the food is exceptional.
This is easily one of the top resteraunts in this area and the surrounding areas and one of my favourite places to visit.
I can't wait to come back again to try out more of the menu. And i would highly recommend visiting if you haven't done already.
This was the second time we have visited here and this place does not disapoint, there was severn of us and we all had something different to eat and it was excellent ,we even had the same table as last time ⌚. The staff work exceptionally hard as they never seem to have time to stop what they are doing and it was a bank holiday weekend so it was packed. You need to book well in advance to make sure.
The food is amazing, great selection of cocktails, really nice staff and owner. Great atmosphere 10/10 love this place.

The Stiffado is just amazing.
It's been a while since my last visit and I can say the welcome was just as welcome and food just as welcoming. They've added lots of outside enclosed areas, making for more chances to get a table. I went for the Aya Sophia Suprise, you never know what you're going to get, but it was delicious, multi mouthwatering meats, cooked to bring out their taste, lamb shank fall off the bone, sucuk, kebab and lots more. We had free entertainment with a group of 16 going through one bill for two tables, complaining that they needed two bills to settle. Nice to say that it was a pleasure to try their food again.

Loved it!! Our third visit. Food is delicious staff was great our server was a young English chap which was extremely plesant and attentive. The owner ( I think ) was most kind made a great Rum Punch!! And blessed with a peice of Blaklava. Will most definitely return.
Absolutely fantastic food, we were so impressed with everything we ate. Margaritas were perfect, hummus and tzatziki were smooth and delicious, my partner had lamb kebab and I had the vegetarian casserole - both were so good. Can't recommend this place highly enough, atmosphere was lovely and staff were also super nice.
Next level amazing food, incredibly well priced and friendly staff. Meal was around £48, if it came in at £80 I would have still been mega happy! Will certainly be coming again!
I've been visiting hebden bridge for years now and usually have either fish and chips or try a new place that's opened up.
This place has always been there but a little bit tucked away along the centre and you can miss it.
After years of having it on my list of places to visit I wish I had gone sooner.
Service was friendly and fast.
All the food arrived in good time, cooked well and at a good temperature.
