I have been here a few times, always nice food, lovely ambience. Proper little tea room. The menu is good and I've always had good food. This time I didn't have food as we'd already eaten but the tea was lovely and plentiful.
Such a lovely find...pretty little Tea Room with the perfect hosts. Gorgeous china tea cups and serving plates for that special cream tea. Lovely 'proper' homemade food, cakes galore and the loveliest view in the garden to sit in..especially in the warmer weather. The added bonus is you are surround
Had a wonderful time, met lovely people there. Food was excellent.
Love this place. It is so unique. A small choice of sandwiches and cakes but all done so well. Lovely gifts for sale, quiet friendly atmosphere all served on beautiful china. Would highly recommend for a relaxing coffee/tea or light lunch. Outside tables if the weather is good enough.

Sat outside in the sunshine. We had Saturday special of 2 cheese scone ploughman’s. Coffee and carrot cake topped with Walnuts
Lovely quiet tea room that also sells gifts, they have seating inside and outside. They serve the drinks in beautiful china and welcome cyclists, but recommend you ring prior if a group going. Only open Wed, Fri & Sat

Located on a little farm near Heckfield Place, Rosie's is a beautiful tucked away tearoom that is comfortable, friendly and delicious. Chrissy makes
