A great stop whilst walking the dog with an outside counter where you can easily order. Barristas are friendly and the coffee is consistently excellent. They also have a great mix of herbal teas, and are open from 5:30am!

The bevageres were very nice and inside as well however one of the workers there I believe that was a middle age woman with dark brunette hair seemed to be exasperated and had bit of slight irritation in her tone which made my boyfriend and I unlikely to come back to this one

Nice coffee hard working girls. They don't deserve such a low rating especially when they are the first cafe to open in Helensburgh at 5:30am. It's a busy place and my neice loves her frog and pig from their gift shop. More people should send good reviews. People that wrote bad reviews are smacked off their head. Please ask your customer's to write a positive review as this hurts a hard working business

I usually don't like to review anyone negatively. However, the service at Oat & Honey is by far the worst service I have ever received. Not to mention the coffee is way below average. There is about two more cafes in Helensburgh, I would recommend going to either one of them instead.

Great coffee and lovely store with the nicest and kindest owner and employees! Unlike some people in Helensburgh! Whoever wrote previous comments are either on drugs or need to get a life! How dare you comment on a physique of the owner! No class! Nicest store in Helensburgh.

Great food, great coffee however, overpriced and the owner (large sized old lady) is as rude as they come. When I asked about a faulty product purchased from in store she was quick to blame me for its breakage. Wouldn’t even humor the conversation of a replacement. Rude and disappointing. I won’t be back. Many other locals feel the same about this cafe and the owner in particular. Time for retirement I think old gal.

I used to always go here and typically I never have cash and they would charge me $5 on a $4.50 Coffee saying that it’s their surcharge. I looked this up and this is illegal what they are doing because they are only allowed to charge the same rate they get charged on eftpos payments which is 1% equal to $4.55. The amount of times I’ve been rorted by these inconsiderate people and would have spent more money on surcharges then I can remember annoys me because when I asked them about it she was rude and standoffish telling me that their cash prices listed on the board are different to eftpos prices. This is unfair and false advertising. It’s a shame because the coffee is nice but the owner is a rude person who when I pulled her up on her little scheme which is actually illegal as of September last year (google it) she became rude. There goes a coffee a day from this customer I’ll never go there again

I've recently moved to Helensburgh from the shire,found this gem of a cafe,wraps are fresh and delicious,coffee great,always greeted with a smile and a quick chat,cannot fault the place,I also do not understand the negative rude comments totally unfounded from my view never had a problem,I also love the small giftshop attached!
