Review Jto Vintage & The Old Bank Tea Rooms - Helsby

The Coriander & Carrot Soup Adventure at Old Bank Tea Rooms, Helsby! Picture this: Coriander and carrots teaming up in a soup at the Old Bank Tea Rooms in Helsby. It's like Batman and Robin, but in vegetable form! This soup is so good; it should have its own theme music. With every spoonful, it's like your taste buds are doing the conga. Carrots say, "We bring the vitamins!" and coriander adds, "And we're here to party!" I kid you not, this soup is life-altering. It's so good you'll want to create a soup fan club. When you visit, don't just order the soup – make it a flavourful escapade, a journey into the unknown, and a belly laugh waiting to happen. Because life is too short for boring soup – it should be an adventure, and remember, soup's on!

Beautiful little cafe, really friendly. Indoor seating was nice with old surroundings. Latte was lovely and as always greeted with a smile from the team. Will definitely go back more often when visiting Helsby.

Lovely helpful owners/ staff. Food drinks and service all excellent that is why it is always full and most tables booked in advance. Can you ask for more

As a picky vegan I always struggle for choice but most of the options were vegan, such a nice surprise. I had soup with a toastie and a cake, it has been so long since I’ve been able to have a cheese toastie and it was delicious and filling. The teapots and decor were lovely, definitely the best meal I’ve had in a long time and a great atmosphere.

What a fantatic little tea room, very tastefully decorated with historic furniture & memorabillia. Tea was extremely nice & a very large pot it was too. The tuna sandwiches with green leaf salad was lovely too. Highly recommended for a visit, we loved it.

I love tea and scones and instead of buying me chocolate or flowers for Valentines my husband did an IOU for tea & cake. After googling tea rooms not far from home we came upon The Old Bank Tea Rooms. What can I say? I absolutely loved your tea room. As well as plentiful tea and a scone that met my high standards of large, fruity and nobbly (a true sign of home-made), I browsed your lovely range of gifts and treated myself to a delightful wall hanger for my sewing threads. I definitely will be back.
