Brilliant food. Great service. Overall great location as well. We are regular customers. Stunning ambience. Too much space. You will never feel cramped. Great lively colourful walls seats. Some family sofas at the back are round and high so it gives a sense of privacy as well.
The location is superb. Cineworld next to it and some decent crowd. Other restaurants. Night life. Macdonald's bang opposite. And free car park that can hold at least a 1000 cars or more. We watched a movie and had food in Bella Italia off the tesco vouchers (3 times their value and you can get these vouchers in email in 2 minutes).
Can be used for kids party as well. Pizza making party. Kids around age of 5-6 yes love the experience of making Pizza themselves. Additionally they surprised me as they gave one pint free (because of Father day promotion).
Food is simply awesome. Pizza, pastas, grills, anything you will have a great taste. Try one and you will be hooked. Don't believe me. Go and find out yourself. I took one friend's and they have started going there quite often.

Food is delicious and hot when served. Fresh ingredients that are very tasty. I like their £5 Tuesdays deal where you get a variety of pizza and pasta dishes for £5. These dishes on other days costs upwards of £10. Will continue visiting as the customer service is great but can be excellent, not complaining. Toilets are also very clean. All round great atmosphere!
A nice place to eat, much bigger than the one we use normally, nice friendly staff.
My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant recently and found it to be really really nice. We were given a warm welcome at the door and seated in a timely manner. Whilst service was good, waiting times were a tad long. We couldn't fault the food when it did come. Some of the best meatballs, pasta and seafood I've ever had. Desserts went down a treat as well. Bella Italia has a really nice cosy atmosphere and is well decorated. Definitely a place to take your significant other or even your family. Highly recommended.
Lovely food. Good service although understaffed. I have a wheat allergy, ordered the brownie from the gluten free menu and while waiting a waiter can over with the allergy menu and told me it had wheat in it and should not be on the gluten free menu. He says he always double checks in the allergy book whenever something gluten free is ordered so I was really impressed. If he hadn't have checked i would have had a very bad allergic reaction.

Amazing family meal! Had a meal for 5, 3 course all cooked to perfection - the sharing platter is a must if you go. All the food was served in a timely manner so we weren't waiting or rushed. To top it off was our wonderful waitress Erin.

Really great food and wine for a chain. Lovely atmos for family dining. Just had 12yr old birthday pizza making party and was just great for new friendships to be doing not just sitting and eating. Service lovely just a tad slow otherwise we would have rated 5 stars.
I'm torn between giving this establishment a 4 or a 5* rating, but decided to mark up based on the quality of the food. It is damn fine.
So, if you're looking for excellent food then this is the place to come. 5*.
However, if you're wondering why I thought it also only deserved 4*, it's due mainly to the price, which is quite expensive, even for the good quality food. But also the wait for getting a seat. I've been there a few times and every time it's never been that busy, yet there's never anyone at the door who's ready to get you (one of the many) seats available. You have to stand there for a while until you can finally catch someone's eye (and even after you do they don't always come over).
Anyway, that's a minor gripe. Maybe they need more staff. The waitresses were certainly very friendly, so 5* for the food, 4* for the price and (seemingly) continued long wait to be seated.
I recently visited Bella Italia with 2 friends. The service was very good indeed; friendly welcome and lovely waitress.
The food was nice; plenty of choice. Two of us had the chicken which was a little over- cooked so it was a bit dry.
But the service was quick and it is a very friendly, nice place to eat. I would certainly go again.
