Dacorum Cycle Hub & Cafe

My daughters went to the February half term Kids Learn 2 Ride course and within the first session my 8yo (who had been trying to ride a bike for two years) was riding around the tennis courts. By the end of the week she was enthusiastic and confident. My 6yo was also able to ride her bike and both are now zooming around our local roads. The teachers were patient, encouraging and put our children at ease. I would highly recommend attending.

My Son (nearly 5) came to the learn to ride course over Oct half term. He was struggling to ride with stabilisers and lacked in confidence. The staff at the hub were AMAZING. Within half an hour of the first session he was riding by himself without stablisers! and by the final session riding like he had been doing it for years! Highly recommended and well worth the money. His words "Can I come to bike school everyday!" Staff were brilliant and incredibly passionate about what they do! Thank you!!

I have just returned back home from the cycle hub after having both my sons bicycles checked and repaired. This place is fantastic and provides an outstanding service to the community. What a great place! The friendly and extremely knowledgeable team here taught my kids to ride in under two hours while I sampled tea and cakes from the cute cafe. They hire out bikes, organise rides for all ages and abilities (now my kids are cycling I’m going to take them on some traffic-free family rides), recondition and sell bikes and parts at very reasonable prices, assist with maintenance and repairs and gave me expert advice on choosing a bike for my son. We will be regular visitors to the hub from now on!
