I think the workers here give really good customer service. I can’t fault the staff at all. There’s one worker at this branch called Maxine so is so lovely and friendly and goes out of her way to make a regular like me feel welcome into the store. A week ago, she went above and beyond by cooking me
Can't beat their sausage rolls, no wonder they're famous for them
This is the first time I have come back to any Greggs in a while due to a bad experience before. However I was in the area and thought I would try it out I was served by the lovely Lillie who made me feel calm int he store. I have a few allergies which makes me hesitant at eating out however Lillie
Great location and easy to access. The food was always warm and fresh. I prefer this one to the one in town. To avoid parking issues I would try get there before or after lunch time as it gets very busy.
Happy to say that I find the quality and value as consistently good at Mayland as anywhere else I've tried. L
A special mention for Maisie who's cheerful demeanour and thoughtful 'have a lovely day' is in refreshing contrast to her colleagues rather more cool approach to customer service.

It's like many other greegs I go to food is cold at times but good MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION AVOID LUNCHTIME AS ITS IN MIDDLE OF INDUSTRIAL ESTATES AND OFFICE BLOCKS VERY BUSY .....
