An American diner experience, but actually a fish n chip restaurant.
Tuesday seems to be BOGOF on mains, and the place was likely busy because of this. The fish was well cooked with a nice crispy batter and the chips were premium (and bottomless). I also had a curry sauce side which was very tasty.
I would add another star had the table been cleaned before we sat, but no offer was made to do this either.
Would eat here again for sure.

Nice place, Friendly staff but...... avoid the “mixed seafood Paella”. It was the worst I’ve ever eaten. Look at the picture. The smallest Prawns and Muscles I have ever seen. Look close, there is a prawn and a muscle on that knife !!!! Can you spot them...... Clearly a microwave pack. Just awful

The service is always excellent and meals are served quickly. The waiting staff who work there are always warm and friendly and always ensure you are completely happy with your meals. I love the fish, its always good quality, the batter is just right, not too much and never greasy. I often drive over from Leicester as its such good quality and value.

Here's an important word for you dear reader which I personally believe is important in the world of restaurants...consistency...and this place lives up to that premise excellently. I've been here a few times and the food is excellent, contestantly fresh..the chips here are amongst the best I've ate and my waistline will hold testament to that fact!

What a great restaurant this is! The food is lovely, priced well and served within a reasonable time (as much free bread as you like). The staff are friendly and helpful and the decor is fab, its got an American dinner theme which we loved. If you're passing then I would definitely recommend a stop there (they even do take out).

Was wonderful the paddock fish was so fresh and tasty. The chips were good and they offer free bread, second helping of chips and drink refills. Also a bonus was its half price too which we did not know but Sunday thru Tuesday its half price mains. Worth the visit. Would be great if more fish were on offer like halibut but all round best fish and chip place I been too this year.

A lovely fish and chip restaurant, done 1950s-60s style diner. You can gets other meals here too, like chicken, burgers etc but the fish and chips is not to be missed! Portions are huge abd quality is lovely. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic place to eat, great atmosphere, fantastic music. The theme of the restaurant is beautiful, to the point where I want a kitchen in a similar style. The food is beautiful. Just go there! Relax and enjoy!
