Had a really nice time at this branch of Costa and tried one if their bubble teas. Very refreshing ( I recommend you try these if you are not familiar with them !) We also had some short bread as well ! We were made most welcome by the staff serving !
A great place for great coffee. The new decor is excellent and the seating are more comfortable. The whole place looks in a much better shape and in the hands of very helpful and polite baristas.
The icing on the cake was that for the first time ever in a Costa she got it right and gave me real HOT milk at the right temperature with my Americano. 👍

It's generally been nice when I've visited here. Not normally much of a queue, but if there is you still don't have to wait for long. Nice coffee too.
I never give 5 stars as I believe there always should be room for improvement so I will give this one 4.7. The fella who served us was very polite and welcoming and you could tell it was just the way he is naturally and so probably made it my most pleasant Costa experience I can remember
A good store, friendly staff. Not a great place for sitting out side but you can't have everything.
Manager is a superstar! Unfortunately the premises needs TLC and staff often need to be over stretched
The women (mostly Polish) who work as a very good team in this Costa branch are friendly and always greet you with a smile, despite being very busy. They offer to warm your pastries without fail, however busy they are. It always makes visiting this branch a pleasure. What a super team!
Pleasant. Was a very quiet morning, no one else in the store. They got my order wrong (missed a drink) so we ended up paying slightly more (didn't get the 'breakfast' discount), but it wasn't enough to quibble over. Covid measures in place. High screens between counter and public, reasonably good distance between tables.
Cortado.... Simply the best ♥and worth the money ♥ Helen the new manager has a smile on her to welcome everyone who walks through the door.... Well worth the visit ♥
