Fantastic location that overlooks the amazing view of the river. Very large terrace where you can take a seat and enjoy your meal/drinks in the circle of your family or friends. But the paramount of importance is the firepits, which always get you warm in any kind of weather and will make you feel comfortable as at home. Food tastes differ but enjoyable πŸ˜‰

Amazing riverside location with lots of outdoor seating (where white canopy is shown on photo). They often have live music which can be a little loud but creates a lovely atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon. Lovely coffee & cake selection and a bar available. Inside is cosy looking and food choice appears good so will be returning to try something from the main menu. Toilets nice & clean & staff always very friendly.

The place is extremely attractive because of unusual place on the side of the river just near the bridge, furthermore I did enjoy the fireplace outdoor, where you an sit with the family or friends and enjoy time even in a cold weather but you won't get cold as fireplace get you warm.

Completely fell in love with this venue, I have never been to Hereford before. Its nestled down by the river with amazing views over the river. There are three different Venus as one, the tiered bar , stunning inside, and the relaxing De Koffie Pot. The marquee they have up is worth looking at, no sides to it but they have made a scenery of the roof space with bikes above in the space. At night time the whole area is lit up with lights and looks like a ship in the harbour, I would move to Hereford just for this venue, very diverse, different a fun evening hang out and a great place for the day time too. Highly recommended πŸ‘Œ.

Was not familiar with Hereford and was cycling past. Thought I would give it a try. It was Sunday lunch time and was a little quiet. There is a wide open area in front of the restaurant overlooking the river and medieval bridge.....very nice. Ordered my food, tried to order something without pickles. But seemed to be some sort of pickled something with every item on the menu. I guess you can tell I don't like pickles. It did take a while for the food to arrive, but was hot and tasty, staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the decor, black walls that were set off with well chosen decorations. I have given 4 🌟 but will definitely go again. Next time will take the family.

This is the sort of place that you can hang around in all day if you have the time, we wanted to find a Riverside cafe that was dog friendly and this was better than we were expecting to find. Outside fire, undercover outdoor seating. Cake was nice.

We visited De Koffie Pot today (22082023). It's a lovely premise situated next to the river and has the option of indoor and outdoor seating. Given that it was a typical August day, we sat inside! There was a good selection on both the breakfast and main menu, and we opted for the fish and chips. We made the right choice as the fish was as good as I've tasted for a very long time, and the portion size was generous. Overall, good food, friendly helpful staff and a great location. I would definitely recommend πŸ‘

Really nice atmosphere and venue. We sat outside for drinks which could have been ordered to the table. The staff were really friendly, I would definitely visit again. The food looked really good but we didn't eat this visit

Friendly place next to Wye River with good tasty food and coffee. If the weather is nice, you can sit outside. If it rains, there are marquee areas to sit under. Dog friendly too. Atmosphere is nice, no rushing, relaxed. Some Gluten Free and Vegan options too. Will be back!
