Preordered using the mobile app. Asked them to go ahead and prepare before I arrived. When I told them I was there they asked me to pull forward to the window. Once at the window I heard them say that’s not the right one and they are at the window. I was asked to pull forward without even getting my drinks first. About five minutes later they brought out my order and then went back to get my drinks. Not my best experience there, but everyone has an off day.

The food was good but the cashier put my hotdog in the bag standing on its side. It was in a Styrofoam container so guess what happened to all my chili and onions... That's right, they all ran to one end. Lol. Oh well, maybe next time.

I live in a state that has Carl's Jr, instead of Hardee's, so when I travel to NC, I am always excited to get food from here. I would travel all the way across the country for the Hot Ham & Cheese! The staff wasn't very welcoming - and the restaurant was kinda dirty (I went inside to order), but the food was amazing!

It was late & I was tired, so decided to grab dinner on my way home. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes; definitely not a "quick" stop. The young lady working the drive- thru was patient & pleasant. But my meal was not up to par as it has been in the past. The chicken tenders were so small compared to those I'd had before, & my biscuit was missing. I was also disappointed that they had removed the mac-&-cheese from the menu, & that there are no longer options for the sides with chicken combos.

This Hardee's is absolutely wonderful... The food was Soooo delicious, In Virginia, Where I live. They use to sell fried chicken But they discontinue it for some reason.. So disappointing.... I haven't had fried chicken like this in quite a while... Thank you!!!!!!! Wish they would bring the chicken back in Virginia, (Just saying..)

Every time I've gotten food here it's been fresh and tasty. Staff are always polite and friendly, even with it almost always being busy.

Service was pleasant and professional. Seemed to be well staffed yet one person taking orders, running the register, and distributing the food. Wait to order and get food was long and extensive. Onion rings were overcooked and a lil burnt, but burgers were good.

So maybe I just lucked out, but today was terrible. Ask for 20 piece tenders and some French fries...tenders ok but fries were stale. So ask for a replacement and they refried them like beans or rice...ugh

The food here is great. The people are kind and do their best. The only issue I have today is the Mobile Ordering system or the management behind it. I assumed I was doing them a favor by ordering online but when I got there it was like they had no clue what I was talking about. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got it. Half of that was waiting ahead of line for food. If your system doesn’t show Mobile orders on the same screen as the drive-thru orders I would suggest you update it to do so, otherwise you are wasting money on the mobile feature as it serves no benefit to the customer or the employees at that. Anyways, I’m gonna eat my food now.
