It's the same as all McDonald's staff tripping over each other trying to get orders fulfilled. Its too small to handle all that visit. Getting in is always a long queue and dangerous for all road user's as if the entrance and exit are in the wrong place. Food is normally good.
I waited 45 minutes for my order, which was quite surprising. Despite checking with the manager a few times, the order didn’t arrive until after the 45-minute mark. I hope this can be improved for future visits.
One star for the most dangerous approach to a McDonalds I’ve seen. One lane for both the drive through and parking. Traffic queues up on an extremely busy roundabout. The layout if possible needs to be changed before there is an accident! Once inside the staff were helpful and the food was okay.
Easy process of getting food, lady who served me today, think it was Samantha was incredibly helpful when I asked to customize several food items and was so polite. Didn’t catch the name of the person who handed me my food but they were also smiley and friendly and polite. Thankyou All
This Staff member is condescending and rude in his communications to customers and is apparently the store manager
Great service and well priced, but there was no oat milk for coffee, so 4*. We had a drive though so can't comment on the atmosphere but the staff were friendly.
