Atmosphere amazing. Staff absolutely fantastic would like to give a special review for Alison, she was superb answered questions we ask and was so happy and welcoming she is fab and definitely made our visit. So thank you Alison. Food was amazing. We will definitely be back
Lovely restaurant/pub in a beautiful building. The food was good we went there for lunch but forgot to take a picture of the food because the place looks amazing. It's right around the corner of the entrance to Hever Castle. The burger and duck salad were solid. After our tour of the castle we went
Fabulous pub with great food and service. Portions were generous and great quality and at a reasonable price. We’ll definitely be coming back. Never seen a steak and ale pie with such fantastic quality beef! Haloumi fries as a starter enough for three people!
I think we caught the back-end of their Sunday roast service, as some of the veg matched the mediocre portions. However, given it's literally opposite the entrance of Hever castle, and the fact they have a brilliant team, one must give them the benefit of doubt. It's also fairly priced. We sat out
Great Pub which serves really good food (Cheesey Chips are delicious and portions are very generous). The pub itself is gorgeous with a wonderful atmosphere. You can sit out on the terrace or garden next to a pretty pond.
It was very nice, this pub is full of history. BREAD TAX You are unable to book a table What I would say is supply more bread with the camembert instead of say if you would like more please ask. We asked for more bread and was charged at the end of the meal for it with out be told at the beginning.
This is a really lovely pub opposite the Hever Castle. Lovely meal we had before the show at the Castle on Friday evening. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great service and delicious food. Definitely worth a visit ❤️
It too bad I visited the Henry VIII on a Monday as they have a limited lunch menu. But the place is amazing. Super old and charming pub right outside the castle grounds.
Popped into here whilst staying at Hever castle, was idyllic, cosy and had great food. I had the soup which was so very tasty and we had no complaints from any of the other diners. We came for a young family members birthday and the staff treated us so well and allowed us to stay a little while la
Good atmosphere we went for lunch everything is fine except long wait for almost 45mins for the food
