The staff here are probably the most polite, attentive and friendly I have experienced anywhere. The coffee is good (but not the best), the cake is excellent (but not the cheapest) and the lunch is very tasty, all situated in a beautiful building by the wharf. A beautiful and relaxing tearoom next to the wharf and is definitely worth a visit. The staff are friendly, service is second to none and the food is top quality.
DOG FRIENDLY
there are plenty of seats under the sun. you can enjoy the natural environment with swans and ducks accompanying your meal. their food is good and generous too.
Great location, coffee and food really good. Staff very friendly, well worth another visit. Went there on a motorbike and made to feel very welcome.
Dropped in today with the dog.... we had bacon cob, aero tiffin coffee and a dog sausage which is... a sliced sausage. I assume no onion in it.

They say it's the best carrot cake. I can't argue really. Great little cafe next to the canal for breakfast, lunch or cake. Not the cheapest around but the food is good. Friendly fast service and a great stop off if you're walking or cycling with plenty of outdoor seating.
