The best fish and chips place in the area. The prices are very affordable and you get quite a good amount for what you pay. I wanna highlight the chips, they are absolutely delicious. They're best seasoned with salt and vinegar. Additionally, the staff is super friendly. From what I know, it's a family business, very hard-working people and they get to know you after a few visits. Overall, it's one of my favourite places to eat at, I highly recommend.
The owners are both nice and friendly which is always a good sign when you first enter the shop. One of my favorite local chippies for their consistency. The price is high for their large/large portions (£12.50 @ time of writing) but honestly, given the quantity I would happily say it's justified since you're guaranteed to have left overs (which air-fry perfectly btw).

Note: whilst weekend dinner service is packed, They're only moderately busy on weekdays, enough so that the food is fresh, but not so much that there's a long wait. Maybe I just got lucky.
Walked half a mile from my hotel after reading the reviews (remembering to stop at a cash point on the way)
I had to Google Rock fish and was looking forward to it.
The family run business was really welcoming and the food was excellent. Id definitely recommend trying rock fish - slightly more delicate in flavour than cod, delicious battered! Chips were exceptional, just like my favourite back home!
Don't forget, cash only! 😂

I went there one Friday evening. It my first time there and the lady had a wonderful smile and was so lovely. She even gave me a complimentary battered sausage as it was very late when I went there. You just don’t get kind of service from any other place in Wycombe. I strongly recommend one goes there & thank again.

Tried first time tonight after using other chippys - by far the BEST OUT OF THE BUNCH! Great chips fluffy crunchy and non greasy large haddock 👍🏽👌🏽 will be our go to chippy from now!
Coming to this shop for 20 years, and my grandad used to bring my dad since he was a kid too- so we’ve been frequenting this chippy for a total of over 50 years. Despite the management/owners changing, the business has remained the same. Lovely people, lovely food- I’ve tried fish and chips all over London but nothing beats this place.
Family owned business, who saw me and my siblings grow up. Even recognised us after 2 years of not coming! So happy to have eaten here again and I can’t wait to eat here again. Will never stop buying fish and chips from here!!
On the note of food, I always get the plaice and chips. Tastes the best, not greasy, very generous portions, and unbeatably crispy batter. Mushy peas are delish too , despite peas being the only vegetable I don’t eat….!
First time visiting and was really impressed with the food. Best fish and chips (and veggie burger and pie) we've had in a long time, better quality and price than the van, in our opinion. The staff were all so friendly as well. Will definitely be making this our regular spot now.

This is a lovely little fish shop near the Eden Shopping Centre. We come shopping and then get dinner from here. I normally get cod and chips and my sister gets Plaice which she's quite fond of so I would recommend their plaice too if you want to try something different. Very very friendly service and the quality never drops. Remains at a top standard. The fish always has a golden crispy batter and the chips are made fresh. Highly recommend.
