Absolutely amazing food. Staff were very respectful and responsive on the phone. ordered a milk free lamb biryani tikka, chicken pakora, tikka masala, popadoms and rice and it all came piping hot (which is rare for delivery food) came in under 25 minutes. Absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. Amazing delicious food and portion sizes were excellent and big. I love it when you have enough curry for the next day! The food tastes beautiful and I'm convinced that even the popadoms are freshly made! And it's extremely cheap too! As a student, I appreciate this all the more! I've tried a lot of different Indian food in High Wycombe and I can say with certainty that this is THE BEST INDIAN CUISINE in high wycombe and possibly Buckinghamshire.

So we have been ordering from Bay Leaf for a while now and I have to say it has not diassapointed. I'm a massive chilli fan and regularly eat Carolina Reapers as an accompaniment to pretty much anything so I like a hot curry. I'm often left bored of curry despite my wife trying to encourage restaurants to make it as hot as possible in the hope of seeing me in pain. Bay Leaf is one of very few places that will make your curry as hot as hell, and believe me they do a great job of it. My usual is Jalfrezi extra extra extra hot and it's perfect, the meat is good quality and plentiful and everything tastes fresh. Delivery has always been very fast which with a family of 5 to feed is a blessing! My wife is still trying to order a curry so hot I can't eat it and these guys are getting close to helping her achieve her mission. Thank you for great food and great service!

I have seen the ratings climbing for a while now so we decided to give it ago. We always eat at a competitor not to many yards away but the menu was getting a little stayed. We ordered three different curries with rice and onion bargies and it came really quickly the food was nicely presented hot and plenty of it. My food was nicely seasoned and very tasty, if I had to find fault with any of the food it would be that everything was very wet, and I think this is how the Indian restaurants pecieve that the English appear to like their curries soupy, but my wife is indian and she found her tarka Dahl watered down and too runny, if it was thicker the intensity would have given extra flavour which was what it was lacking. Whether you could ask for a thicker consistency or not I don't know but we will have a go at the rest of the menu and maybe ask for it to be thicker. Liked the menu lots of choice look forward to our next visit.
