Lovely guy on the phone called to say there was a fault with the waffle machine and offered me 2 substitutes, I chose the crepes. The same man delivered to me with extra ice cream and couldn't apologise enough. I was complete fine the poor guy was a few minutes late when he had to deal with faults as well as maintain fantastic customer service. Thank you for wonderful food and top notch service. Hence the tip xx
The guy is perfect boss man who manages calls and the perfect ice cream in Highwaycome I recommend you guys go to this instead of creams and treats ❤️
I travelling from Leicester to try this place! What can I say… the desserts were definitely worth the trip. Customer service was top notch! If you haven’t tried this place yet.. you are definitely missing out!

All If you know me, you know I am a foodie! And ever since the 2nd baby I have had an increased requirement to reward myself the best quality food and desserts! I was working in High Wycombe and was treated to the most delicious desserts! I highly rate Uzii's Cookies the whole process from ordering to delivery was smooth and does not disappoint! The presentation was 😍 I mean look for yourself!! The nachos were the best I have had in a long time from anywhere!! The Guacamole, salsa, sour cream, melted cheese throughout the layers of crispy tortilla chips! Was epic! The mini chocolate covered doughnuts with sliced strawberries were bite sized pieces of heaven! And the cookie dough was just perfectly warm enough along side the still very cold rich ice cream!! Salted caramel flavoured ice cream that was, along with the plain vanilla as well!! Then to top it off and wash it down with a tango blueberry blast! Yoooooooooooooooo! Uzii’s hits the spot and is a definite winner and saved in my favourites for any Wycombe visits!

Tried Uziis for the first time when the craving for dessert hit me and they did not disappoint.
Ordered waffles and fudge cake and they arrived warm and the ice cream still frozen!
Feedback was good all round so will definitely order from them again 🙂

Uziis never fails to disappoint, every time I’ve ordered uziis it comes fresh and warm with fast delivery. I’ve tried the waffles and crepes, which was 10/ 10 and definitely recommend. I spoke to uzzy once when ordering and he delivered excellent customer service and was very charming young gentlemen.I would definitely become a regular.
Got to crave Uziis Cookies. Have to say the quality and the customer service is very superior. They’re desserts are not just delicious but definitely built to a top notch. Its worth every penny, very unique and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking it out before ordering. Would highly recommend. 🍪
Ordered a little after they closed so I gave the restaurant a ring, they still made the order and delivered it very quickly. Very good service and great quality dessert. Lad that delivered asked if I can leave a review, least I can do pal. Thank you uziis cookies
