Fabulous as aways at the Chang noi... In fact... And I don't know how... It gets better every time. Their selection of curries and quality and variation are second to none. The lady serving us was polite thankful and extremely knowledgeable regarding the dishes too. Highly recommended

Oct 23 Still the same but prices have almost double in the last year Updated 2023 Still my favourite Thai restaurant. Service outstanding You'll notice that the bill is larger this year but that's the world we live in. Fantastic Thai food at great price. Great atmosphere too Service second to none

I have been going to the Chang Noi for over 15 years and visited well over 100 times. Never been disappointed. What more is there to say?! Also serves real ale. Highly recommended.

This was a surprise night out and I was not disappointed!! The food is some of the best Thai that I have eaten, it is up there with the Thai food I sampled in Bangkok and Sydney!! It really is that good. They use fresh ingredients, which came through in the complex flavours of the dishes I ordered. I would highly recommend their shredded Chilli Beef and Thai Green Curry. The staff were very attentive and polite and the place was very clean. I still cannot get over the fact it is in a small pub!!

Has to be some of the best thai food I have had outside Thailand! We where looking for something to eat as I was staying at a local hotel and never really like hotel food. So glad we tried this place as the food is so fresh and tasty! We took our two kids who enjoyed the kids menu. Would highly recommend Would highly recommended

My car broke down opposite the building. While I waited to be rescued, my son went inside to use the toilets. The staff very kindly let him sit inside and even gave him a free drink while we waited! Thank you for your generosity.

After reading some good reviews on this place we decided to try it. We were not disappointed! Food is Absolutely delicious! and very authentic. We had different meals with chicken, beef and prawns and they were all superb. No chewy, oily or greasy. It was just lovely. Staff is friendly and attentive. And yes, like other people have mentioned, the place is not glamourous or fancy but it doesn't matter because you are here for the food which is fabulous. We'll definitely be returning to Chang Noi soon and recommend it to friends and family.

Been a while since we have been and met some friends for a meal. As we expected the food was great as we remembered. Myself and my other half shared the crispy duck pancake's and the honey ribs which were both amazing. I then went for the crispy sweet chilli beef which had a bit of a kick but great flavour, the other half had the Thai curry which she said was really good. The staff were great and nothing was a problem for them, we will definitely be back also they do a takeaway service for those who can't eat in.

Chang Noi was formerly situated on the outskirts of Chester, having relocated to the Birch & Bottle, outside Antrobus, some eighteen or so months ago. The pub is of the spit and sawdust variety ā€“ gaudy, loud carpets, chintzy decor - and hasnā€™t seen a great deal in the way of decoration for, I dare say, some while.Ā  It was moderately busy on our visit, and, having pre-booked, we were directed to a table near the bar - a table so sticky your shirt sleeves adhered to it as though it were fashioned from velcro.Ā  STICKY WICKET There is an extended dining area in the conservatory ā€“ which might well be more salubrious but, in light of the screams of a caterwauling child that emanated from it, I was thankful to be well out of the way. Ā  SIGNS OF THE TIMES Chang Noi doesnā€™t just do Thai. They specialise in a kind of hotchpotch fusion of cuisines broadly falling under the umbrella term ā€˜Asianā€™. The menu sounded curious, and intensely tantalising. Shortly after the delivery of a tasty Sauvignon,
