Great selection of gins, lovely fire and the friendly bar staff

I had a pleasant experience at the Half Moon Pub. The establishment was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. They offered a standard selection of beers and a reasonable variety of bar snacks. The pub had a large internal space, along with a small outside garden featuring a decked area out front and a covered conservatory. Another plus was the availability of parking both at the front and rear of the pub. While I didn't try their food, I found the overall ambiance and service quite enjoyable.

Called in late afternoon. The only real ale was Harvey's Sussex Best but this was in good condition. A nice welcome from the owner and customers.

Went here for a leaving do, never been here before is bigger than it looks with 4 different areas. Very busy with lots of youngsters and music a bit on the loud side. Drinks at a reasonable price. Good night had by all. Shame they allowed vaping inside.

Was there for lunch so didn't expirience the pub atmosphere. Nevertheless the host was very nice lady, my lunch was good size portion and pretty tasty.
Prices are pretty much avarage. All clean, pleasant and welcoming.

The owner couldn’t do more to help. I went in there today with my baby and friend and her son he brought us high chairs apologising there were no trays. He apologised that they could not put a changing table in the toilet but the dresser they had worked just fine. The food was hot and tasty. Cheesy chips had cheese all the way through not just sprinkled on the top. He kept checking that everything was ok, just overall good friendly service would definitely go back.
