This place is something special, went here for our anniversary meal and were blown away by the service and quality of the food staff were friendly and attentive and the service was seamless. Whilst not the cheapest venue, they definately delivered and the price was justified as the food was of a high standard and cooked to perfection, the taste was outstanding. Cannot wait to go back

Utterly disappointed with the service and food with Indian Ocean Brewing Co!! Feels like its a Scam eating there! Don't bother eating there because you have to tell the waitress you are ordering specials, if not you will be charged full price for bad oysters. Waitress should have double check with their customers on their orders and menu orders that is on specials. Not the other way round! We waited 30 min for our food to come, food was good mostly, except the oysters! I think there is good reason why the oysters are on specials. Because they are not fresh oysters and they are charging full price for even there is a bad oysters in the lot. You could conclude that oysters will be spanking fresh from restaurant since they have professional chef and code of serving fresh food is maintained in Indian Ocean Brewing Co. But they do not maintain fresh food to their customers. My husband thought since it is on specials at half a dozen at $12 on their today specials board. My husband ordered a dozen and thinking it will be a dozen at $24. We were eating halfway through the oysters and my husband had eaten a few bad oysters and we told the waitress that we had bad oysters and there were 2 smelly oyster left on the plate and she said sorry about it and she came back to us and said since we ate most of the oysters they are not refund us and they going to offer us dessert instead, we had chocolate ice-cream and panna cotta. However checking on the bill, they are charging $48 for 12 oysters instead of $24 for 12 oysters. The waitress told us with that they are charging us $48 because we didnt tell her that we are ordering the 2 lots of special oysters at $12 which is 2*$12=$24 The waitress didnt even double check our order when they took the order. Really a very bad 1st dining experience with them.

Still a very nice pizza 🍕 and chips. You can't beat the spot and optional table service through the app... What could be improved is not cooking the basil on the pizza and adding it fresh, after it's cooked - like they used to. It didn't have any tomatoes this time either...? The chips were very plain with minimal salt and no rosemary this time. These things were missed from our prior visits. Otherwise, it was still a very impressive, delicious gluten free Margaretta pizza. The base is incredible. Excellent customer service as always too. Thanks guys!

We celebrated my husband's birthday here for dinner recently with a large group and had a wonderful time. There was some slight confusion when we first arrived as I had wanted to order their 'half-price pizzas after 8pm' special, and I had spoken to someone on the phone about it at the time of booking, however, it was no longer running on the day of our booking. The manager, Luke, spoke to the chef about it and agreed to still run the special for us which we appreciated very much!! A very big thank you to our wonderful waitress Nelmarie who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant experience. She was friendly and efficient and we were extremely happy with her 5-star service. Thank you Nelmarie! Overall, good food, good atmosphere and great customer service. Highly recommend.
