Had a really lovely breakfast at Social on Saturday morning. The place was very busy and is popular with the cycling crowd. It was a gorgeous morning so we sat outside under one of the umbrellas. You order and pay at the counter and the food is delivered to your table. Our meals arrived before our coffee but someone did come and apologise for that as they were slammed with coffee orders. I had the Bacon Benedict which was really nice. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The Hollandaise was also very nice and there was heaps of it. Others at our table also enjoyed their breakfast of Fritters. The coffee was very nice. It’s a great spot being protected from the winds. The staff were friendly even if a bit run off their feet. Heaps of parking at Hillarys Marina.

Bought surf and turf special for $24.40. Husband's was reasonable, mine was half the size of reasonable. Both only had 2 tiny prawns for the "surf"bit. The wait staff were lovely but the chef basically insisted he checked every steak was at least 250 gms and I was a liar. Very disappointed. Don't go there if you're hungry or like reasonable value for money.

Quality coastal atmosphere. Ever so slightly cheaper than other nearby restaurants. Great view of the harbour. My breakfast was literally taken away from under me whilst I was eating the last piece of cheese, fork-in-hand and it wasn't busy at all. Great food, unfortunately spoilt by the awe of poor service.

Should be our treat after a whole week of hard working, but ending up a whole disappoint and totally wasted money! Waited for 30mins and got such warm or cold dishes. When we returned the warm mussels, the staff said: this is cold, TOO? Yes, the customers next to us return two bowls of cold mussel just before us. My steak is not attractive as well. Just a small portion without any cooking skills with boring sauce. Even buying a nice steak from coles will be so much better and make your day!

We popped in on Sunday for a nice family breakfast and it was a disaster form the onset. Delivered wrong drinks to the table which we had to take into the staff to change. Food arrived... pork belly swimming in watery cook off from the greens, absolutely unappetising and unfortunately tasted as bad as it looked. Bacon burger was also really over cooked, burnt bacon. Croissant was greasy and inedible. baked eggs with sausage came without sausage but lots of eggshell cooked in it. Returned it myself to the chef to get the sausage and then it came back to the table absolutely raw inside. - Four meals purchased and not one eaten. We felt really frustrated and because we had complained so much during the meal - which is absolutely out of character for us - we just wanted to leave. Shame on you Rustica, for some of us eating out is a real treat and we travelled really far to be there on Sunday!

Ordered four drinks, two came out wrong. The waitress went back and returned the banana smoothie (which was meant to be mango)and came back with the same smoothie with no mango in it again. We returned it and asked them to taste it themselves. They then said they added more mango and it still tasted like banana. Saw an actual mango smoothie on another table which had a completely different colour. They clearly made a banana smoothie instead of mango and then wouldn't rectify it instead they lied to us.
