NOW IMPROVED! Well done on turning this place around. Food was exceptional when ordered. The review below expresses my experience when service was bad. I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza I received from your store on 22/01/2023 at 19:45. I have been a regular customer of Domino's for some time, but my recent experience has left me dissatisfied. The pizza I received was cold and the cheese was overcooked and hard. I could not taste the sauce at all, even though I had requested extra sauce. This is the second time that I have encountered this issue with your store. I also had issues with the customer service, the staff seemed complacent and inattentive. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service and food at your store. I would also appreciate if you could offer me a resolution or compensation for the issues I have encountered. I hope that you will take the appropriate action to resolve this issue and ensure that similar problems do not occur in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. As usual Dominoes cooked a lovely pizza. Normally I get it delivered which is always a perfect service. But this time after using the app, which gave me an update all the way thru cooking process and was sent notification when it was just ready. Drove up the road, picked up pizza and it was delicious 😋

I just ordered a pizza over the phone from these guys and I spoke to the loveliest person ever . Her name is Marryann or Miriam , I’m sorry if i’m not spelling it right but just wanted to let you know she was extremely nice and had a good telephone manner , plus she gave me a deal where i had to pay less and get more !!! I mean that’s great customer service if you ask me !! So thank you so much for being awesome!

Amazing pizzas but need to improve on customer service. They seem too busy to handle the amount of business. I am always told my pizza will be more than an hour but eventually delivered in about 20 minutes which is a good thing but there shouldn't be the need to say 1 hour. We need a separate Domino's for west drayton yiewsley and cowley area.
